The Ratisseuse. 1746. Engraved by Lépicié. 269x375mm. Bocher 46. Good proof on laid paper, trimmed on the plate cut, washed and restored. A perceptible vertical fracture in the apron. Light brown spots. Small hole in lower right corner. A few short tears at the edges.
The original painting was exhibited at the Louvre in 1739, under the title La Ratisseuse de navets. It is now in the National Gallery of Art in Washington. Four versions are known.
