H (pendant brooch): 12 cm Le Coeur was designed by Roger Scemama for Yves Saint Laurent for the Spring-Summer 1962 collection. This emblematic piece appeared repeatedly in this second version between 1979 and 2002. Yves Saint Laurent would affix it to the model or mannequin he preferred on the day of the fashion show.
