An XIII model cavalry saber. Leather-covered handle with filigree. Brass mounting, 4-point guard, three of which are bolted. Straight blade with double hollow sides, hallmarked, flat back engraved "Manufr Rle du Klingenthal Xbre 1815", with point in the extension of the back. Iron plate ferrule with two bracelets, one with the guard's serial number. Blade length: 96 cm - Overall length: 112 cm A.B.E. (Guard hallmarks faded).
