Model 1837 marine percussion pistol. Round barrel with thunderbolts. Tailstock stamped "Mle 1837". Flat-body lock engraved "Mre Rle de Châtellerault" and round-body hammer. Hallmarked brass fittings (uniform L hallmarks under crown) and iron belt hook. Anchor-stamped cap. Walnut stock with label. Iron ramrod on stirrup. Barrel length: 16.5 cm - Overall length: 29.5 cm B.E. Provenance: Former Jarlier collection.
