He sends a copy of the preface to Volume XIII of the *Bibliotheca dell’Economista*, whose perspective aligns with Carey’s theory, as discussed by the journal—which he holds in high esteem—and its editor. He asks if there is a biography of Heinrich Storch and requests that it be sent to him… Paris, July 27, 1855, to a “dear colleague.” He has just arrived in Paris and would like to see him, either in Montmartre, at his home, or at the Hôtel des Princes, where he is staying.
