Francis HORNER (1778–1817), Scottish economist, journalist, and member of Parliament. Letter from the author, Wells, August 30, 1810, to Mr. Sharp; 2 pages, in-8; in English. While his correspondent is returning from Ireland, he himself is about to leave for there; he will have little time for sightseeing but plans to visit Lake Killarney; he asks to be told what is worth seeing there: “what is worth seeing & what is not worth seeing.” He will be in Dublin on September 6, where he will meet up with Murray.
