Letter from the author, East India House, May 28, 1825, to Jean-Baptiste Say; 3 pages, in-8 (small tear with no loss of text and traces of glue on the reverse); in English. … He sends him introductions to visit the docks and invites him and Miss Say to come to Croydon on June 11, where McCulloch has promised to meet them: “you and Miss Say will accompany me to Croydon on June 11, where Mr. McCulloch has promised me that he will meet you.” He regrets that his house is too small to host Mr. and Mrs. Comte at the same time.
