He asks that his journal be sent, until further notice, to Ramsgate, Albion House. Enclosed is a P.S., Mile End, January 1, 1812, a proxy for voting as governor of the Asylum for Deaf and Dumb Children (1 p., obl., in-12, partly printed); plus an address “as is” to Miss L. Clerk; and an engraved portrait.
