Francis HORNER (1778-1817). L.A.S., Woburn Abbey mercredi [1 - Lot 43
Francis HORNER (1778-1817).
Il se range à l’opinion de Romilly et, en l’absence de témoins, voudrait un report du procès et d’autres investigations: «How the chancellor could suffer her to be executed if there was no other witness? If this be an accurate report of the trial, the case seems to call loudly for some investigation or proceeding»…
On joint un billet a.s. à l’avocat James Reddie à Edinburgh.
